Short, focused training sessions that help new teams onboard quickly and retain more knowledge.
Training Doesn’t Have to Be a Day‑Long Chore
When you're small and staffing is tight, you can’t afford long training sessions. Microlearning—short, bite-sized modules—lets you train faster and get people productive sooner.
If a task has 10 steps, make 10 mini lessons (1 minute each). Each teaches one idea. That way, new hires can reference exactly what they need—no more forgetting halfway through.
Record screen walkthroughs or short videos for key tasks (refunds, returns, upsells). Use them as a reference library new hires can revisit anytime.
Rather than separate “class time,” attach microlearning to when people need it. Trigger it when they perform a new task. Tooltips, popups, or in‑system hints work well.
